The TPEA Scholarship Committee is proud to grant the 2022 TPEA Scholarship Award to Justin Ouzenne, a recent high school graduate and future freshman at Tarleton State University. He is sponsored by his mother, Regina Day, who has worked in Vocational Rehabilitation for the state of Texas for over 22 years. At Tarleton State, Justin plans on majoring in pre-veterinarian studies with the goal of becoming a veterinarian for large animals. He has volunteered for many organizations within his Texas City community since 2014. TPEA is happy to present this award to an exemplary person and student like Justin, and we are excited to see what the future holds for him.
